Organic Turkey...We source our Geese and Turkeys from the same trusted farm. They raise organic, free-range Turkeys in time for Christmas. They grow to maturity over six months, ranging through herb-enriched meadows. Before despatch, we hang them in the traditional way for the fullest flavour and utmost tenderness.

Organic Goose...Our fresh organic geese are free-range and weigh between 5 and 6 kilos.

Pigs in Blankets - 500g pack (approx 10 sausages)

Organic sausages and bacon. We take our favourite traditional pork sausages and wrap them in wonderful organic streaky bacon. A classic accompaniment to roast Chicken or Turkey, good by themselves or round a Autumn bonfire. Approximately 9 to 11 sausages in each pack.
