Wild Venison and Game... Our fresh and wild Venison and Game are incredibly low fat meat, with exceptional flavour; it is locally produced, is free from additives, and is from an ethical sustainable source. Most of our venison is from fallow deer, but other species may be available at times. Fresh and wild deer are seasonal so are sold subject to availability. Our deer are provided through deer management by qualified stalkers who have passed examinations in marksmanship and carcass handling.
